Ryertex® S/T
Ryertex®- High Performance Phenolics
Ryertex® S/T is an extremely strong thermoset laminate constructed of a proprietary woven fabric and soft glass along with a moly-disulfide lubricant. This combination makes Ryertex® S/T stronger and tougher than any NEMA phenolic material and is less abrasive than typical glass grades.
This self-lubricating composite will operate in environments with temperatures up to 145ºC which allows the material to outperform and replace brass, bronze, babbit, steel, or other traditional bearing materials.
Ryertex® S/T thermosets are used in the harshest industrial applications where the maximum run life and self-lubrication is needed for bearings, bushings and wear parts.
